Refund Policy

At The Boujee Apple Co, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we have specific policies in place regarding refunds and replacements. Please read the following carefully.

 

1. No Change of Mind Refunds

 

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or personal taste preferences. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, it is considered final.

 

2. Damaged, Spoiled, or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a product that is:

 

  • Damaged

  • Spoiled/compromised in quality

  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

We are happy to offer a replacement or refund, subject to the following conditions:

 

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide a description of the issue along with clear photos showing the problem (e.g., damaged packaging or product, incorrect item).

 

3. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

 

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

 

  • The item must have been purchased directly from our online store theboujeeappleco.com.

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Evidence (such as photos) must be provided to verify the claim.

 

4. Refund Process

 

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • In the case of replacements, we will arrange for a new product to be sent out at no additional cost to you.

 

5. Non-Refundable Items

 

We cannot accept refund requests for:

 

  • Products not purchased directly from our website (please contact the retailer if purchased elsewhere).

  • Orders with incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

  • Orders not collected or accepted at delivery.

 

6. Shipping Costs

 

  • If a refund or replacement is approved due to an error or fault on our part, shipping costs will also be refunded or covered.

  • If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
